A neutral pair of eyes in Japan, whenever your clients need one

Your clients want to know whether the car is as described. You'd rather not fly out, and you'd rather your answer came from someone who isn't selling the car.

We visit Japanese dealers in person, or call them in Japanese, and send you a report you can forward to your client as it is.

How it usually works with brokers

  1. You send us the listing link and your client's questions.
  2. We contact the dealer and confirm the car and the visit.
  3. We visit, or call, and send you the report.
  4. You forward it to your client — or ask us for another car.

What we don't do

The same limits apply as for private buyers: no mechanical inspection, no test drives, no auction houses, no buy-or-don't-buy advice, no checks on people or companies. See What we don't do.

FAQ

Can we try one first? Yes. Start with a single Remote Check or viewing at the standard price.

Can you cover all of Japan? Remote Checks, yes. For viewings, travel is a flat ¥5,000 within 40 km by road of Kuwana Station (Nagoya Station is about 27 km). Further away, we charge travel by distance and quote it before you commit.

Do you work with auction cars? No. We focus on dealer stock and private sellers who agree to a viewing.

Can the report go straight to our client? Yes. Reports are written to be forwarded as they are.
